Our online services and Thiqa app provide all relevant services for members, such as renewing the policy, enrolling new family members, search for network hospitals and clinics, submit claims for reimbursement, and much more.
The innovative smart branch provides all the services of a Thiqa branch and works through an advance appointment system that allows members to choose a convenient time to virtually meet a Thiqa representative. Individuals can electronically share documents and discuss their policies with a customer advisor, delivering the same capabilities as an in-person visit to a branch
Important Update: At the moment our branches are opening for emergency cases only. All visitors require a negative PCR result valid for 3 days to ensure safety for our members and employees
